Return Window and Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, physical items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Digital products, once accessed or downloaded, are generally non-refundable unless there is a technical issue preventing access. The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods, including items like food and flowers.
- Personal hygiene products.
- Hazardous substances, including flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable digital products, unless a technical issue is reported.
Partial Refunds
In specific cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion:
- Books showing signs of wear.
- Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, or software.
- Duplicate purchases of digital products or technical issues with digital access.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
- Items returned beyond the 14-day return period.
Refund Procedure
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval or rejection via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a designated period.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card provider, as processing times may differ. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@themarkettechnicians.com.
Sale Items
Refunds are applicable only to regularly priced items. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be granted for physical items that are defective or damaged. For digital products, exchanges might involve resolving access issues or providing access to a different product or version if there was an error in the original purchase. Gift Returns
If an item was designated as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
For physical products, please mail returns to the specified address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. In the event a refund is authorized, the expense associated with return shipping shall be deducted from the refunded amount. This section does not apply to digital products, as there is no physical item to ship.
